Can I suspend my subscription?
Yep, you're in complete control of your Eve At Home account. You can cancel your membership temporarily, and restart it when you're ready.
Just follow the directions below to cancel, and when you're ready to restart, come back to Eve At Home and click the 'Restart cancelled membership' button. Easy. :)
How do I cancel my subscription?
You're in complete control, and can cancel your subscription any time.
- Log in to Eve At Home
- Click on your avatar at the top right of the page
- Select Settings
- Click Billing Info at the top right
- Click Manage Subscription in Paypal
You will then be prompted to log into your Paypal account.
Once you're in Paypal:
- Click Payments in the top menu.
- Select Manage automatic payments under the "Automatic payments" section.
- Select Eve Studio from the left sidebar.
- Click the Cancel button.
- Confirm that you wish to cancel by clicking Cancel Automatic Payments
